Our One-on-One Stylist Shadow Day includes full-day observation and hands-on practice under the lead stylist's supervision, live client walkthroughs, technique demonstrations, real-time feedback, and discussion of consultation, product use, and professional development to accelerate skill growth.
The program suits emerging and established stylists seeking hands-on mentorship, technique refinement, or portfolio growth. Ideal for new professionals building confidence and experienced stylists expanding service offerings; no strict prerequisites beyond a commitment to learn and participate actively.
Our standard session is a full eight-hour day, allowing time for multiple client services, demonstrations, and individualized coaching. Flexible scheduling options may be available for half days or split sessionsācontact us to discuss custom arrangements.
Yesāwhen appropriate and agreed upon, participants may perform services on consenting clients under the lead stylist's supervision. This practical experience strengthens technical skills, client communication, and time management while maintaining our high standards of safety and professionalism.
